Cats In The News
Three US Marines, while stationed in Afghanistan, began a mission to find home for a pair of stray cats they found. For these soldiers, their inspiration was a bond formed with stray kittens Kiki, who came to Marine Brian Chambers badly injured and Keykey, who was found injured by a c-wire by Marine Chris Berry.
After being nursed back to health, Kiki and Keykey have found homes in the United States thanks to generous donations and help from Nowzad Dogs Animal Rescue, a rescue started Royal Marines in 2007.
