Cat of the Week: TJ Maxx

TJ Maxx is a strange name for a cat, but if you know people at all you should be able to figure out why he is so aptly named. You guessed it, someone left him outside a TJ Maxx store by the dumpster after a snowstorm. Poor, TJ, he was so confused when he finally was rescued, but all he wanted to do was hug his rescuer by wrapping his paws around her neck.

TJ has had had extensive bloodwork done to make sur he is a heathy boy, we have found that he does have some slight kidney issues, but is doing fine on his kidney diet. He has also had his teeth cleaned, no extractions!

This kitty is very sweet, a little timid at first (who could blame him), but comes around quickly. He is living in a foster home and would love to have a forever home soon. If you feel you would like to adopt a wonderful companion, TJ will be most grateful!

Happy Tails: Cuddlecakes and Penelope
"Cuddlecake and Penelope who we now call  Bobcat ( Bob for short)  and Penney are doing just fine. Penney is still a little shy but is coming out more ever day. As for Bob, he owns the house. He likes to steal what ever my mother is working on when she is doing crafts. Likes to carry off her yarn and bring it up to bed with us in the  AM. They make us laugh every day."

Cat of the Week: Webster

Webster is a wonderful young boy - slightly over a year old. He still considers everything in this world as new and is captivated by everything. He loves to investigate every inch of the adoption center as well as looking out the window at all the miracles on the other side. He has a great time playing with any toy he comes across. Webster thinks people are pretty great too.

He's happy to just sit on your lap or he's more than willing to be carried around - no squirming at all, he just considers it another vantage point to see the world. Webster will easily get along with most kitties.
Please drop by the Granby shelter and visit this handome boy. He won't be here long!

Cat of the Week: Googie

Googie is a handsome 3-year old boy; he's got such cute markings around his nose. Poor Googie is scared and confused about his new environment. He doesn't understand how he could end up in a cage surrounded by so many other cats. He's slowly getting used to his surroundings and a special, sweet boy is starting to emerge. Once he has a chance to meet you, Googie appreciates your attention.

Please come visit Googie at our adoption center in Granby and consider being his saviour and taking him home.
